Taking advantage of 21st century's telecommunication infrastructure, employing first class multimedia technology, AutoFluency's professional Chinese teacher remotely teaches you at your convenient time, in your own place, with the same effect of face-to-face learning!

Our 1-on-1 Teaching Chinese programs are:

  Our professional Chinese teachers are experienced, and are selected with North American learners in mind (see Book 1-on-1 Teacher). In 1-on-1 lessons, the teacher's time is dedicated to one student, which makes the learning most effective

AutoFluency "1-on-1 Teaching Chinese" has two main delivery channels:

1. 1-on-1 Video Teaching: Using the first class multimedia technology, this method offers you all language learning requires - voice communication, presentation, body languages, just like face-to-face
   
2. 1-on-1 Audio Teaching: AutoFluency Chinese teacher delivers 1-on-1 lessons through telephone line (AutoFluency will pay long distance charges). This method trains students with true oral Chinese skills, reducing students' reliance on body languages. This is important because in real world one sometimes has to talk to others without seeing each other. Linguists have indicated that language skills learnt more difficult environments will be able to handle any future needs

Students can choose either method for AF 1-on-1 lessons. For those who have basic Chinese communication capability, AutoFluency strongly recommends 1-on-1 Audio Teaching. Learning in a harsher (without body languages) environment, students would be able to handle any kind of communications in future.

If needed, student and teacher can also communicate through email for Chinese grammar and reading/writing assignments.

AutoFluency Chinese teachers use the following Chinese textbooks as primary teaching material. You can request or recommend other popular textbooks. As long as the recommended teaching materials are available to the teacher, we will always try to meet your needs.

For teaching materials provided by students, they must be sent to the teacher (by email) 24 hours before the lesson begins so that the teacher can be prepared.

Each "1-on-1 Teaching Chinese" lesson is 45 minutes long. Prices are in US dollars for students in United States, Canadian dollars for students in Canada:

After finishing certain lessons and passing standard test, students will be issued AutoFluency Chinese Language Skill Certificates:

• AF Level 4 Certificate -
  After finishing 10 1-on-1 Lessons and passing AutoFluency Level 4 test
• AF Level 5 Certificate -
  After finishing 10 1-on-1 Lessons and passing AutoFluency Level 5 test
• AF Level 6 Certificate -
  After finishing 20 1-on-1 Lessons and passing AutoFluency Level 6 test

To guarantee your satisfaction, AutoFluency implements the following policies:

1. Quality and Quantity -
   AutoFluency teacher ensures that each lesson is taught with dedicated preparation and lasts at least 45 minutes. Teacher will also provides after-lesson feedback
   
2. Total Satisfaction Policy -
   If you are not totally happy with a lesson just taken, you can complain to AutoFluency within 24 hours. An immediate investigation will follow. If verified, AutoFluency will compensate you with a free lesson. To complain, send email to csl_help@autofluency.com or through Feedback
   
3. Cancellation Policy -
   You can cancel your 1-on-1 Lesson order at any time. AutoFluency will refund you 100% for all untaken lessons within 3 business days (see Change/Cancel Lessons)
   
4. Change Policy -
   Informing AutoFluency (csl_help@autofluency.com) before a lesson starts, you can change teacher, lesson time and lesson content (see Change/Cancel Lessons)
