AutoFluency lists very limited number of qualified Chinese teachers or Chinese schools in this Directory. The candidates are selected by the following process:

1. High Standard: Listed teachers must (1) be born and grown up in mainland China (2) have college education or above (3) have Chinese language teaching experience using standard Mandarin (e.g. China's official language). Listed schools must be registered with local education authority and be well established
2. Background Check: AutoFluency verifies applicants' credentials through emails, telephones and/or references
3. Professional Training: AutoFluency offers training materials to help individual teachers improve teaching skills for North American students
4. Periodic Review: For teachers or schools who couldn't live up to our standard or complained by students, their names will be removed from this Directory

Please note that the listed teachers and schools are independent of AutoFluency. You will make your own arrangements (schedule, payment, etc) with your chosen teacher(s) or school at your convenience.
